How to Save When You Buy A Car Guide: Guide to Saving Big Money When You Purchase Your Next Vehicle. Learn how to convince the dealer to give you a good deal!

The LAZY WAY Guide to Saving When You Buy/Lease A Car.

Hey, Russ Farris here, and I have a quick question for you. Do you like the car buying process? I used to feel like a fish out of water due to not knowing exactly how the whole thing added up.  I don't buy a car every day. So, I used to feel unsure about getting a good car deal. You have to deal with the sticker price, financing, insurance, warranties, alarms, fees, trade-in, counting the numbers and more. If you were cheated, most times you would not know.

Have you ever felt like that? I use to feel that way and I sold cars for years. The sales force only knows part of the story. This caused me to learn the secrets of saving money when you buy a car. A lazy person who studies my guides can learn much faster than reading only. You can lose thousands of dollars quick and easy buying a car.  So, I have created two Interactive/ multimedia e-book guides that flip the tables around. These guides teach you how to Squeeze/ Twist  and  Wring the arms of the dealer into giving you a good car deal. Most times I think you should not take shortcuts. If things are that easy, then everyone would do it, RIGHT. However, there are lots of things that work through the shortcut. You would be a fool not to take many short cuts.

Technology has opened the door to many things not seen in the past. For example; many people learn by reading. Studies show that reading things like a book or a plain website alone is a bad way to learn. It's boring too because you're using just one of your senses, sight. You can learn that way but it will take longer. Studies show humans forget 80% of what you read after 24 hours. Add hearing you recall more. Add DOING with an instructor that corrects your mistakes and you will learn even faster.

Great artist like musicians, karate experts, surgeons, etc. do it this way. It’s a quicker and easier way to learn than just reading. You agree with that, don’t you?

People today do not have a lot of free time; they need a fast and easy way to learn how to save big money when they buy/lease a car.

In the martial arts you learn pressure points on people. When you attack those areas, you can hurt them with less pressure. Thank the heavens that dealers have pressure points that a good haggler can expose.

Auto haggling is a win-lose process.  The dealer starts with their sticker price and you have a price that you want. You and the dealer are firm about what you want. All gains to the dealer come out of your pocket. And all money you save comes out of the dealer’s/ team pockets.

Most times you will not notice that you are getting skinned. That is due to the dealer getting their money all at once from the bank. Plus, the buyer having down/monthly payments they can handle. But you would be forced to pay extra for years.

Buying a car is complex there are a few places where you and the dealer will haggle to gain/lose money. If you are not ready, most likely you will lose.  You can easily lose thousands of dollars haggling the:

1.   Price of the vehicle (sticker price vs. what you want to pay)

2.   Mistakes in counting ($100 can change to $1,000 lose by adding a 0) How would you know if you are not counting the numbers.  If you do not count the numbers, a young child can take your money.

3.   Dealers make a profit financing. You are not an expert here so they could charge more.

4.   Unnecessary fees (how do you know which once to pay.)

5.   Money made in the back-end (about half of the profit to the dealer is made here) $2,000 - $4,000 can be made here

In real estate, the buyer has an agent and the seller has an agent. Once the buyer/seller agrees, the deal would go to escrow. There an unbiased company would handle the numbers/money. When you buy a home, the money is too large to make mistakes. Human nature causes the one counting the numbers to be tempted.

The problem is the same all over the world. If you have a problem that you can’t fix, you must depend on someone else to fix it. Let’s say you have no idea what to do.  The person who is supposed to help you might not even check your problem. They may act like they’re looking for something but the bottom line is many will cheat you.

Has that ever happened to you before? Many people do not know when they get taken. Many thieves make lots of money daily because we have to trust that people will not lie.  Otherwise, we have to walk around afraid of everyone. That means we have to be experts at reading people. So, the problem is not only in the auto industry. Money is very important in this world. A car dealer can put more of your money in their pockets easier and faster than any other retailer. This creates a super impulse to hold their ground while haggling.

Whenever I buy something, and I’m sure you do the same, I figure the tax and make sure I get the right change back. You do that too, right. The problem with buying a car is the money can leave your pocket in large amounts fast. That’s why real estate deals have unbiased people watching and protecting both sides. Otherwise, there would be complete chaos.  If one side handled all the details there would be many complaints of theft.

As an example just the other day I went to an auto parts store to get a free battery charge on a car with lights left on all night. This national chain store told me it would take only 40 minutes to charge it up. After, less than 40 minutes he said the battery was bad. I told him I would pay him to charge it longer but he insisted it was a bad battery.  I thought something was fishy because the battery is less than a year old and it never had to be charged before.

So, I took it to another auto parts store not the same chain. There they said it would take 1 hour to charge. Thirty minutes later it was fully charged. The first store was just trying to sale me a new battery.

If you don’t count the numbers you should not buy a car, the dealer could be “The Joker” and in that case you most likely will get “TRICKED”. When you buy something cheap, it doesn’t hurt so much. But buying a car, you can lose a lot of money fast. Now, that’s only common sense, isn’t it?

Many people who are rude, crude and socially revolting get good deals from auto dealers all over the world. How can this happen? This goes against human nature. They kick these types of people out of the store often. However, dealers/ managers/sales force who are the stars of the auto world do give good car deals daily.  They will not take money out of their pockets UNLESS they have a good reason.

You learn how to DIG through the dealers/team pockets by learning the "Art of Auto Negotiation".
